Dry Vitamin A Palmitate 250 CWS consists of light yellow, free-flowing beadlets. The powder particles contain vitamin A palmitate finely indroplets of 0.5-2 μm embedded in a matrix of gum arabic (E 414) and sucrose, and coated with starch. The product contains dl-α-Tocopherol (E 307) as an antioxidant and tricalcium phosphate (E 341) as an anticaking agent.
